Pocket spring
Pocket spring systems (PS) provide enhanced comfort and orthopedic properties to the product they are applied in, whether it’s mattresses or soft furniture.
In this system, each barrel-shaped spring is encased in an individual fabric pocket, which is then attached to other springs in pockets using a hot-melt adhesive, forming a block of independent springs (PS) of a specific size and properties. The type of bonding and wire diameter used in spring production determine the size and characteristics of this independent spring block (PS).
This independent spring block (PS) represents a high-tech system where each spring operates individually, responding to your body’s needs, and offering excellent support to your spine.

Spring block of independent springs TPS250 b\s
This block features side-to-side bonding of independent springs, meaning the springs within pockets are glued together along their lateral surfaces, allowing each spring to operate autonomously from the others.

Spring block of independent springs TPS320 b\s
This block is bonded in a chessboard pattern, which allows for a greater number of springs within the block and, consequently, per square meter, resulting in increased resistance for this block. This type of spring block is recommended for mattresses and soft furniture for individuals weighing over 100 kg.

Spring block of independent springs TPS250 p\s, TPS300 p\s
This block features bonding of pocket springs from the top and bottom using fabric (spunbond), adding an extra layer of spunbond and enhancing the firmness of this block.

Spring block of independent springs TPS250 b\s, TPS250 p\s (zonal)
These blocks feature bonding of pocket springs either from side to side or from top and bottom using fabric (spunbond).
The uniqueness of this type of block lies in the presence of springs with varying elasticity within a single block, achieved by using wire of different diameters for spring production.
In such independent spring blocks (PS), zoning is achieved, meaning there are zones of softer and zones of firmer springs, evenly distributing the load on your back and providing additional comfort for your body.
The possibility of creating different types of zoning, depending on wire diameters and the number of zones, is available upon customer request.
